- Littleonesresale does not mediate disputes related to reviews between users but do reserve the right to remove any reviews that we feel is intended to harass, abuse, manipulate, mislead or are not in good faith.
- Reviews express individual opinions and do not necessarily represent Littleonesresale’s views.
- Littleonesresale reserves the right to remove reviews that violate its policies or guidelines.
- Users cannot edit or remove reviews from their or other users’ profiles to maintain review system integrity.

Global Marketplace.
- By utilizing Littleonesresale’s Website or Services, you consent to the display of your advertisements on these additional sites.

Fees and Services.
- Littleonesresale will collect applicable Canadian taxes associated with the services as required by law.
- Accessing and using our Website as a customer is typically provided free of charge.
- Fees charged to Sellers are non-refundable and will be deducted from their withdrawals.
- Littleonesresale reserves the right to implement temporary fee adjustments for promotional events or new services, with changes becoming effective upon announcement.
- Please note that certain features and functionalities of our Website may vary depending on the specific website or mobile device used.
- By using Littleonesresale, users agree to abide by all relevant laws and regulations regarding purchases from Sellers, including licensing and insurance requirements.
- Sellers are subject to a charge of 15% of the sale amount, which may be adjusted periodically.
- To access specific functionalities within the Littleonesresale users must be legal residents of Canada and of legal age in their respective Province or Territory of residence.
- Users are required to provide accurate address information to fulfill legal obligations. Failure to do so may result in Littleonesresale determining and collecting appropriate taxes at its discretion.
- Account Closure with Outstanding Balance –
If a Seller wishes to close their account and there are remaining funds from sales held by Littleonesresale, a processing fee of either 2.5% of the remaining balance or a minimum of $2.50, whichever is greater, will be applied. This fee covers administrative and transaction costs associated with finalizing the account and processing the payout. If there are no outstanding funds remaining on the account, no processing fee will be charged.
Any amount held in the Seller’s e-wallet at the time of account closure will be forfeited and not eligible for withdrawal or refund. The applicable processing fee will be deducted from the remaining balance before disbursement.
Content & Intellectual Property.
- Our Website and Services comprise material from us, you, and other users, including content provided by our third-party service providers. By using the Website or Services, you agree not to replicate, alter, sell, or distribute the Website or Services, our copyrights, or trademarks.
- This Website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
- All trademarks reproduced on this Website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the Website.
- When you contribute content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to utilize the copyright, publicity, and database rights associated with that content.

We retain the right to remove content if we have reason to suspect a violation of these terms, our policies, or the rights of any party. If you believe that your rights have been infringed upon, please fill out the Notice of Claimed Infringement form (“NOCI”), complete it, hit submit and we will investigate the matter. We reserve the right, in accordance with applicable law, to share the completed NOCI form with the third party that initially posted the potentially infringing listing.
***Only the owner of the intellectual property rights can report potentially infringing items or listings to Littleonesresale. If you have a good faith belief that a listing on any of the Services infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.***
General.
- Products are developed and manufactured by third parties, and Littleonesresale assumes no responsibility or liability for any aspect of the Products.
- Littleonesresale reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of its Website at any time without prior notice. The terms of the Agreement may also be amended at the discretion of Littleonesresale by posting the updated terms on the Littleonesresale.com Website. Continued use of Littleonesresale Website following the effective date of any revised Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Any disputes or claims arising from or related to the Agreement, a Product, Littleonesresale Software, or Littleonesresale Website or Services are subject to binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and all other terms outlined in Littleonesresale policies. Users agree to these terms by entering into the Agreement or using a Product or Littleonesresale Website.
- Users are responsible for any information they share with others, including third-party Digital Content providers. Information provided to these third parties will be governed by their privacy notices or other terms.
- These terms and the other policies posted on the Website constitute the entire agreement between users and Littleonesresale, replacing any previous agreements. - Users’ rights under the Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if they fail to comply with its terms. In such cases, Littleonesresale may revoke access to its Website immediately. Littleonesresale’s failure to enforce strict compliance with the Agreement does not waive any of its rights.
- Littleonesresale reserves the right to update the agreement at any time, with updates becoming effective upon users’ next use of the site or after 30 days, whichever is sooner.
