Create and edit coupons: Step-by-Step guide
1. Under the Login / Register tab, click on “Login”.
2. Under the Hello (your name) tab, click on “Seller’s Dashboard”.
3. Click on the “Coupons“ tab.
4. Click on “My Coupons” to see all your Active and Expired Coupons.
5. Click on “Add New Coupon” to create a New Coupon.
a) Coupon Title and Description.
- “Coupon Title” – This will be the Coupon Code for Customers to use.
- “Description” – This will be the Description on the Coupon (example, 10% will be applied to your Order when Code is used).
b) Select the Discount Type, either Percentage or Fixed.
C) Amount and Email Restrictions.
- Under “Amount”, enter the Amount of the Discount (do not enter the % sign if choosing Percentage).
- Under the “Email Restrictions”, enter any Emails to restrict (most of the time this will be left blank).
d) Usage Limits and Expiry Dates.
- Under “Usage Limit”, this is where you enter the number of times the Coupon can be used. For example, enter 20 if the Coupon can be used only 20 times before it expires.
- Under “Usage Limit per User”, this is where you enter the number of times the Coupon can be used by a single User. For example, enter 1 if the Coupon can only be used one time for a single User.
- Under “Expire Date”, enter the Expiry Date of the Coupon. For an example, if you set the Date to July 20 2024, then the Coupon will expire on that Date and the code will no longer work.
e) Exclude Sale Items and Minimum Amount.

- Under “Exclude Sale Items”, Check this box for the Coupon not to work, when trying to apply to a Sale Item.
- Under “Minimum Amount”, enter the Minimum Amount the Customer has to spend for the Coupon to be applicable. For example, if $20.00 is entered, then the Customer will have to spend a minimum of $20.00 to be able to qualify for the Coupon.
f) Product and Categories.
- Under “Product”, either select an Item or Items to apply the Coupon for, or click the “Select all” Button to apply the Coupon to all the Items you are selling.
- Under “Categories”, select the Category or Categories to apply the Coupon for. If left blank, it will automatically apply the Coupon to all Categories.
g) Apply for New Products, Exclude Products, Categories Exclude, Show on Store.
- Under “Apply for New Products”, check this box if the Coupon should be added to all New Items for sale after the Coupon is created.
- Under “Exclude Products”, select an Item or Items to exclude from the Coupon (Not be able to use the Coupon on).
- Under “Categories Exclude”, select a Category or Categories to exclude from the Coupon (Not be able to use the Coupon on).
- Under “Show on Store”, check this box if the Coupon should be displayed on your Store Page.
h) Allow Free Shipping and Create Coupon.
- Under “Allow Free Shipping”, make sure to keep this unchecked as this is not an available Option.
- Click “Create Coupon” to Create the Coupon.
- Once all is entered, the coupon will be created. You will then be re-directed to the Coupon Page with the following message; “Coupon has been saved successfully”.
- If “Show on Store” was checked, the Coupon will be displayed here.
- This is where the Customer will enter your Coupon Code to apply the Discount.
- This is where the Discount will show up on Checkout.
