Customer registration: Step-by-Step guide

1.    Login / Register tab click “Register”.

a)    A Registration Window will pop up with fields that need to be filled in.

b)    Fill out the simple form.  

  • Email Field (1) – Enter the Email that you want to use for your Account. This will also be used for all communications with you, including Confirmations. 
  • First Name Field (2) – Enter your First Name. 
  • Last Name Field (3) – Enter your Last Name. 
  • Password Field (4) – Enter a Password of your choice. 
  • Confirm Password (5) – Enter that Password again, to confirm that it is your choice. 
  • Terms of Service Box (6) – Check the Box “I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”  (To view the Terms and Policies, click on that wording and it will take you to them.) 
  • Register Button (7) – When all Fields are filled, in click on the “Register Button”. 

c)    Congratulations! You are now Registered. A Confirmation Email will be sent to the Email used to Register at Little Ones Resale, and you will be immediately re-directed to the Home Page, logged in under your new User Name.

d)    You are now able to have access to additional features, like Account Dashboards and a Digital Wallet, which non-logged in users cannot access.

2.    My Account – Click in “My Account” under the Hello, your Name Section.

a)    Dashboard has the following:

b)    Orders (1) – Click the “Orders” Tab to see all your Past and Current Orders. Each Order will show the Order Number, Date it was ordered, the status of the Order, the Shipment Details, and the total of the Order. For more detailed information, click the “View” Button.

  • The “View” Button opens up a new Window showing what was ordered, how it’s being shipped, the Payment Method, and the Shipping and Billing Addresses.

c)    Downloads (2) – Click the “Downloads” Tab to see all available Digital Downloads to buy. 

d)    Addresses (3) – Click on the “Addresses” Tab to view the Current Billing and Shipping addresses. If a change to either needs to be done, click on “Edit”.

  • Once all changes have been made, click on the “Save Address” Button.

e)    Payment Methods (4) – Click on the “Payment Method” Tab to view the Current Saved Billing Method. You can delete the Method by clicking the “Delete” Button. You may add a Payment Method by clicking the “Add Payment Method” Button.

  • Make sure to fill out all the Fields for your new Card and then click on the “Add Payment Method” Button.

f)    My Wallet (5) – Click on the “My Wallet” Tab to show your Wallet Balance, Wallet Top up. Transactions In and Out of Wallet, as well as your Referral Stats.

  • Wallet Top up – Click on the “Wallet Top up” Button to add funds to your Wallet. Enter the amount you want to add and click on the “Add” Button.
  • Transactions – Click on the “Transactions” Button to see all Transactions In and Out of your wallet.
  • Balance – Your Wallet Balance will show up at the top of all three pages.
  • Referrals – Click on the “Referrals” Button to see your Referral Stats. This is also where you will find your Referral Code for sending out.

 g)    Account Details (6) – Click on the “Accounts Details” Tab to see the Current Account Details, as well as where you change any details you want to change. This includes your Password. Once all required Details are changed to suit you, click on the “Save Changes” Button.

h)    Logout (7) – Click in the “Logout” Button to Logout of your Account. This is especially important if you are on a shared computer or network. 

i)    Become a Vendor (8) – Click on “Become a Vendor” to be able to sell on the Little Ones Resale Website. A Registration Form will appear.

  • Fill out the following Form to change from solely a Customer to a Customer and a Seller.

3.    Sellers Dashboard – This feature is only available for Registered Sellers.
